Blount County 4-H Pig Squeal Show & Auction- The show will begin at 2 pm. 4-H members will compete in showmanship while also competing for the title of Grand Champion for their pig. The Public Auction will begin at 5 pm. Bring your checkbook and get ready to bid on some fresh locally grown pork for your freezer. You will be bidding price per pound the day of the auction, and pay at the end of the auction. The auction funds are awarded to the 4-H participant. Processors will be onsite to take your cutting order and haul the pigs. You do not have to haul your animal anywhere. You will pay for the processing when your order is ready for pickup. This years processor will be Yellow Acorn Meat Processing. Come out in support these hare working 4-H members and their projects.
