About this Event
Step into Blossoming, a 3-part workshop series for women and non-binary folks. Across three months, we’ll move together from winter into spring, gently exploring survival strategies, challenging old conditioning, and nurturing authentic growth.
Dates: 10th January, 7th February, and 14th March.
Time: 09:30-12:30 on each date
This series includes all three sessions in the price, giving you the opportunity to experience the full journey in a supportive, creative space. Each session combines guided reflection, creative exercises (journalling, collage, and more), and gentle group sharing, creating a space for both individual and collective growth.

- Anyone wanting to explore, challenge, and reimagine their “good girl” conditioning.
- Those who value creative, reflective, and supportive group environments.
10th January
Session 1 – Roots in the Dark
Info: Explore quiet strengths and survival strategies, acknowledging what has kept you safe while planting seeds for change.
7th February
Session 2 – Pushing Through
Info: Navigate the messy middle — harness frustration, rebel against limiting conditioning, and return gently to care for yourself and others.
14th March
Session 3 – Blossoming
Info: Celebrate emergence and authenticity. Reflect on what has shifted, explore how to live in alignment with your true self, and envision self-advocacy in everyday life.
