The familiarity of a place. A reference point. A belonging. A landing. Hands that hold you.

This is home. In this intimate evening of song and story, Blooming returns to the stage at Centre of You and shares his experience of travelling across Europe over the past 3 months.

Visiting the sacred sites of Greece. Walking the Camino De Santiago across the north of Spain. Falling in love with Portugal and rediscovering ancestral roots in England. The entire experience of movement captured in song and played live for the first time at Centre of You.

You’re invited to be the first to hear the songs and stories of his journey in an interactive live experience. Featuring a host of local artists from the Centre of You community, together we'll explore the theme of what it means to return home.

Ticketing Options:

First Row VIP: Enjoy an uninterrupted view of the musicians with your very own front-row candlelit picnic-style space, including your own picnic blanket filled with cosy cushions to settle in and soak up the sounds.

Second Row VIP: Enjoy your very own second-row candlelit picnic-style space, including your own picnic blanket filled with cosy cushions to settle in and soak up the sounds.

General Admission: Get amongst it in GA with plenty of space to chill on blankets and bolsters, as well as room to dance and mingle.

Drinks and Refreshments: A range of delicious snacks including popcorn, chocolate and ice creams can be pre-ordered with your ticket. Limited supply of these items will be available on the night. Kombucha will be provided on the night by Dean from Goodbrew Kombucha.

There are a number of restaurants on Chapel Street should you wish to buy a meal before the show.

Things to note:

Centre of You has plenty of bolsters, blankets, and cushions for you to get cosy with though feel free to bring any personal items that may afford you a sense of greater comfort and familiarity.

You will be invited to sit/lay upon the floor so loose clothing that enables easeful, light movement and deep breathing will serve you most supportively. There are chairs available should you need or desire one.

Arrival: This concert is a whole experience and presence throughout is intended. Endeavour to arrive between 6:45pm - 7:00pm to allow enough time to visit the bathroom and settle in. Doors will close at 7:30pm.

Driving: Know Centre of You is on Chapel St and ample time to find a car spot is best to be factored into your plans. Park direct on Chapel St (spots unmetered after 5pm) or in Anchor Place, the open-air parking lot in the side street that runs opposite Centre of You (unmetered after 4pm).

Public transport - tram: Both the number 6 tram & 78 tram stop on the corner of High St/Chapel St. This is stop 31 on the number 6 tram (Moreland/Glen Iris) & stop 45 on the number 78 tram (North Richmond/Balaclava).

Public transport - train: Both Prahran & Windsor stations along the Sandringham Line will get you walking distance to Centre of You.

Finding Centre of You: Centre of You is nestled within the arcade that Chapel St Bazaar is in (217 Chapel St). It is up a flight of stairs with a wide landing at the half-way-point. Unfortunately, this current version of Centre of You does not have a wheelchair accessible lift. Please refrain from contacting Patrick or Grace with requests to manage the selling of your ticket. Their focus will be upon the production of the event.
