Join for an evening of sound bowls and intentional journaling, designed to help you connect with what feels most true within you. In this peaceful gathering, you'll be invited to soften, unwind, and listen inward as soothing sound bowls guide you through a meditative journey. With no pressure to share or speak, this evening is a quiet space for you to simply be. This is a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and offer yourself tenderness — no pressure to share aloud, just an opportunity to connect inward and embrace self-love.

No previous experience is necessary, just bring yourself, journal, and an open heart. Out of respect for all in attendance, this circle will begin promptly at 7:30 PM.

What to Expect:
Relax into a meditative experience with crystal sound bowls
Reflect quietly with journaling prompts, please bring your own journal and pen
Tea available to sip during journaling
Leave with a flower as a symbol of your blooming self-love and authenticity
