Bloomers: A BIPOC Cabaret for Burlesque Newbies

Bloomers is where new performers take the stage — and take up space. Created by Bodacious Burlesque, this cabaret is all about giving BIPOC burlesque newcomers the spotlight and the support they deserve.

Each Bloomer show pairs new talent with experienced Mentors, helping every performer find their rhythm, confidence, and voice under the lights. The result? A night filled with fresh acts, big energy, and stories told through movement, music, and self-expression.

You’ll experience:
A lineup of first-time Bloomers finding their shine
A “Newbie of the Night” audience vote
A surprise mystery headliner closing the show

Whether you’re a burlesque fan, an artist in the making, or just love seeing people grow into their power, Bloomers is an evening that celebrates creativity, community, and the courage to begin.
