At BLOOM365, our commitment has always been to bridge the gap between research and reality, ensuring that the youth and communities we serve receive evidence-based, impactful prevention education.

To maintain this standard while practicing strict fiscal responsibility, we are writing to share an update regarding our upcoming Summer Summit.

Due to unexpected delays in external funding reimbursements, we have made the strategic decision to pivot the single-day event into a year-long Summit Series.

By spreading out our timeframe, we can effectively manage cash flow for immediate upfront costs, such as venue fees and speaker honorariums, without compromising the quality, depth, or safety of our programming.

The New Summit Series Schedule
We are thrilled to present our revised, fiscally responsible timeline, which allows us to dive deeper into the three pillars of public health prevention:

Summer Summit: Primary Prevention
Focus: Preventing sexual assault against youth with disabilities
Date & Location: Tuesday, July 28, 2026 | Great Wolf Lodge | 8am-4pm

Fall Summit: Secondary Prevention & Empathy Awards
Focus: Rooting out risk factors and cultivating protective factors to prevent youth from using violence
Date & Location: Friday, October 2, 2026 | Great Wolf Lodge | 8am-4pm

Winter Summit: Tertiary Prevention & Hope and Healing Brunch
Focus: Elevating safety and healing for youth victims.
Date & Location: Friday, February 5, 2026 | Great Wolf Lodge | 8am-4pm

Summer Summit | Primary Prevention | July 28, 2026

Focus: Building a foundation of safety that is accessible to the most vulnerable—because a world safe for youth with disabilities is a world safe for everyone.

♿ Dedicated to the philosophy that inclusion is prevention.

When we design primary prevention tools through the lens of disability, we create a higher standard of safety that benefits youth of all abilities.

This track will move beyond "accommodations" and toward a universal design for violence prevention where no one is left behind, and young people are empowered to lead peer to peer prevention.

Summer Summit Student Registration (Ages 15-24): $50*

SCHOLARSHIPS: Limited number of no cost registration scholarships available for students with disabilities to attend the Summer Summit thanks to AZSILC. Email [email protected] to request a scholarship request form.
