Introducing 🌸Victoria and 🌙Julie the women behind
Bloom 🌸 & Grow🌙
🌸 Victoria has been a florist for 22 years, having her own successful business, running floristry workshops around the city and is also a College Lecturer in floristry
🌙Julie a Wellbeing Clinical Hypnotherapist who has been working with Women and Children providing Hypnotherapy to help awaken them to become the best versions of themselves for many years. Julie has also been running Group Relaxation Sessions across the city to various groups including corporate, community, bespoke and fortnightly for many years to adults and children. Recently Julie has started running them at Manor Hall which had been a delight
🌸Victoria and 🌙Julie had this lightbulb 💡 moment of creating the most beautiful wreaths using the seasons blooms to then be guided by Julie into sumptuous relaxation incorporating the colours and properties of the flowers into the meditation to help you grow and leave feeling stronger, relaxed and blossomed becoming your true self again
Gorgeous snacks and drinks will be provided for you to reconnect and feel truly pampered
All materials are provided you need bring nothing but a cushion for your head should you wish whilst you relax
The Summer themed session will be held:

2pm - 5pm
Manor Hall, Coalpit Heath
£55 per person with a limit on numbers we can accommodate to ensure the experience is nurturing and perfect for you
