Bloom With Intention

Join Full Living Wellness for a relaxed, creative space to slow down, get a little messy, and reconnect with yourself.

At this event, you’ll decorate your own flower pot, take some time to think about what you’re ready to grow in your life, and write an intention to guide you.

Then, you’ll plant a flower, giving your intention something real to be rooted in. It’s something you can take home, care for, and come back to as it grows.

This is a low-pressure, welcoming space, and no artistic skills needed. Just come as you are, and let yourself create, reflect, and maybe even leave feeling a little more grounded.

All attendees will meet outside of Valley Green Inn at 12pm.
