Join B.L.O.O.M. ROC at The Clock Tower Gallery at the historic Sibley Square Building for a community-centered Town Hall dedicated to shaping the future of Rochester’s cannabis economy. This event invites residents, community members, small business owners, civic leaders, and advocates to come together and discuss what truly matters in our neighborhoods.
We’ll begin the evening with an overview of the current state of Rochester’s cannabis market — including insights into licensing progress, business development opportunities, and how local cannabis tax revenue is beginning to take shape.
From there, the bulk of the program will be dedicated to open community dialogue — a real conversation about what we want our city’s cannabis tax dollars to do for us. Whether your passion is youth programming, workforce development, reentry initiatives, small business growth, or public safety — this is your space to be heard.
