Join me for an evening of relaxation, reflection, and self-care as we explore the theme Bloom Into You.

The evening will begin with a gentle heart-opening practice and the opportunity to choose an oracle card for guidance and inspiration. You'll then be guided through a meditation before settling into a deeply restorative sound journey, allowing you to relax, release, and reconnect with yourself.

This session is an invitation to embrace your growth, honour your journey, and bloom into the person you are becoming.

Sound baths are generally safe and relaxing for most people. However, they may not be suitable for:

Anyone in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy
Those with sound-induced epilepsy
Anyone experiencing severe mental health difficulties who may find deep relaxation challenging
