Bloom Gently: A Valentine’s Day Yin Yoga & Creative Journaling Workshop

Bloom Gently is a Valentine’s Day workshop created to offer space for rest, creativity, and self-love.

Held inside a Himalayan salt cave, this 3-hour experience invites you to slow down, connect with yourself, and embrace the energy of gentle presence. We’ll begin with time to mingle and enjoy light snacks, create our vision journals, and then move into a deeply restorative Yin Yoga practice designed to support both body and nervous system.

This gathering is intentionally intimate to create a calm, nourishing, and supportive environment.

This experience includes:

• Guided reflection and journaling
• Yin Yoga in the Himalayan salt cave
