Bloom & Bond is a 5 week mindfulness series designed for parents and their infants/toddlers to connect deeply with each other and the natural world.Using the 5 senses of sight, sound, touch, smell and taste- each session will focus on nurturing emotional regulation, mindfulness, and the benefits of nature exploration for both you and your little one.
$10 per session
Maximum 8 "parent & child" participants per session
