A joyful evening of dance to welcome Spring in community. Bloom is a celebration of the new season. A space to open the body and the heart, plant intentions, and welcome what is ready to grow.The night will unfold as a journey of music, movement, and community. We begin with a guided grounding practice, inviting you to settle in and connect with your body and breath. The floor is then yours to dance, explore, rest, and connect with yourself and others. Spoken word and poetry will weave through the space and our dear friend Zoë Grace will share a live musical performance.
You’re invited to come as you are and move as you feel. Every part of you is welcome here. The evening concludes in a supportive sharing circle, offering space to reflect, connect, and honor our experience together.
Spring is a season of opening. Flowers bloom, light returns, and new beginnings quietly unfold. Together we will move and feel, holding both joy and grief with equal space, and letting the season guide us towards hope.
