Bloom: A Day-Long Retreat for Women

Do you feel like you’re running on fumes, at the mercy of what’s happening around you, and hyper-sensitive in your relationships?

You’re being called to break out of the daily routine that’s running on autopilot and treat yourself to something soul-filling.

Imagine at the end of the day, feeling like a breath of fresh air, a big opening. You have clarity of your vision and like you have something you’re moving toward. Your cup is full. You feel a deep connection with other women.

Welcome to Bloom. A day of sacred sisterhood.

Allow us to hold a safe container for you to explore those aspects of yourself that want to flourish. Let's move from survival to thriving.

Our lives get so busy with all our "To Do Lists" keeping us in a frantic pace of having to get it all done.

This invitation is to slow down and nourish your mind, body, and soul so you can give from a cup that is over flowing!!

When you are connected with your own love, abundance, creativity, and strength you have so much more to give to yourself and others.

We will start with our day a heart opening cacao ceremony, facilitated by Keli Meagher, to feel into the infinite possibilities that exist in every given moment. Cacao is chocolate before it's been overly processed and degraded. Cacao is also known by the Aztecs and Mayans as the "Food of the Gods." ​**Cacao is best experienced on a near empty stomach.

We will then flow into our connection to the Breath of All Life facilitated by Tiffany Jade. Breathwork allows us to feel into the resistance and use our breath to clear the path for us to blossom.

A light vegetarian lunch will be served. This will be a beautiful opportunity to connect with like-minded women.

*Please let us know if you are vegan and we will accommodate. You are also welcome to bring your own lunch. A refrigerator and microwave will be available.

The afternoon ceremonies will be about setting our intentions on seeds we want to watch blossom in our lives.

This could be a seed of "courage" for having difficult conversations, or the seed of "faith" that you are completely take care of and supported by the Divine unfolding of all of Life.

We will conclude with a movement practice to open to receiving the bounty we've planted, and an Integration Circle to share the truth of your heart and your experience.

This retreat will be guided by Keli Meagher and Tiffany Jade at the Blue Lotus Temple (a private residence in Rincon Valley, Santa Rosa). The address will be provided in the confirmation email (scroll to the bottom of the email).

Please bring a yoga mat, a journal and pen, and anything to support your comfort (sweater, socks, blanket). There will be an abundance of floor cushions for seating, as well as some chairs if needed. Yoga mats will be available to borrow if you don't have one.
