It's 3 WODs and a finals, comprised of movements that challenge your endurance, strength, stamina and overall fitness. Prizes/awards for top three places in each division.
Early Bird registration ends Sunday, Jan. 12 at 11:30pm. Registration cost then rises $20. Overall registration ends Thursday, Jan. 30 at Noon.
All Early Bird signups (*until Jan. 12)* receive free *t-shirts, included in entry cost. Again, until Jan. 12*.
Only one teammate needs to sign up their team.
Standards and WODs to be released in a lead-up to the event.
First heat starts at 9:00am Feb. 1.
