High blood pressure affects millions of people, yet many still feel confused about what their numbers mean and what steps actually help.
Join us for an educational community workshop focused on understanding blood pressure, heart health, and realistic lifestyle strategies that support long-term wellness.
This session is led by a Clinical Exercise Physiologist with experience working directly with cardiac and high-risk patients in a clinical setting.
During this workshop, we’ll discuss:
- Understanding systolic and diastolic blood pressure
- Lifestyle factors that impact blood pressure
- Exercise and movement considerations
- Stress and sleep’s role in cardiovascular health
- Practical ways to begin making sustainable changes
Attendees will also receive:
