Blood Donation Drive

🩸 Before You Donate 🩸

Please ensure you meet the following requirements:

• A valid Emirates ID for residents & a valid passport for non-residents are required.
• Age: 18 to 65 years.
• Weight: 50 kg or above (55 kg minimum for donors aged 18 to 21).
• Have at least 6 hours of sleep the night before.
• Eat a healthy meal & drink plenty of fluids before donating.
• Donors should be in good general health & free from flu symptoms for at least 7 days.
• Individuals with certain medical conditions, a history of jaundice after age 11, or blood-transmissible diseases may not be eligible to donate.
• Additional eligibility checks, including medications, recent travel, & medical history, will be assessed by the Dubai Health screening team.
• Pregnant & breastfeeding women are not advised to donate blood.
