Blondshell, the project of Sabrina Teitelbaum, blends razor-sharp songwriting, dry humor, and crunchy guitars into gripping alternative rock. With her self-titled debut album in 2023, she broke through internationally: the record landed on none other than Barack Obama’s Best Songs of 2023 list and immediately established her as one of the most acclaimed new artists of her generation.
Its follow-up, If You Asked For A Picture (2025), was also met with praise from outlets such as Billboard, Rolling Stone, and NME. Influences from Queens of the Stone Age and The Smashing Pumpkins run through a sound that feels raw, catchy, and emotionally brutal in equal measure. It’s no surprise that The New York Times dubbed her “an alt-rock supernova.”
Now, with more than 150 shows under her belt and collaborations with artists including Conor Oberst, Samia, Folk Bitch Trio, John Glacier, and Gigi Perez, she’s heading back on tour, including a stop at AB!
