Finally our favorite band Depeche Mode is coming back to Norway! The after party will be held at the club Skogen which is at the lower floor at the minigolf/bare/club venue Oslo Camping. It is situated at Youngstorget, just a 5 minute walk from the Jernbanetorget where the shuttle buses from Telenor Arena is stopping.
At the after party you will have the chance to hear the tracks the band didn´t play at concert, discuss the set list with like minded fans, rant about the bad sound at Telenor Arena, and discuss what the best show on this tour have been so far.
Bring you best vintage merch and make it a night!
Entry to to Skogen / Oslo Camping will be from Møllergata 12. The after party will start as soon as the show is done in Telenor Arena.
The following three DJs will be playing the after party:
DJ 7rym is a 2 times Norwegian Mixing Champion! Working as a DJ since 1987, he has played DM parties all over Europe whenever Depeche Mode was on tour. He mixes dancable versions of selections from the 40+ years with a singalong factor and modern beats. He is a hypnotist besides being a DJ, but promises that there will be no SLEEP before he's done and he let's you enjoy the silence!
Alex Tjore (frequently under the moniker DJ Electro) has been an active organizer and promoter of clubs, concerts and one-day festival events in Norway's subcultural synth/electronic scene since the mid 2000's - including The Altern80s Club at Rockefeller Music Hall, Cyberdyne at Tilt, Nærsynth at Revolver and Xelabration at John DEE - and will this Friday be focusing mainly on classic 80's Depeche Mode nostalgia.
Henning Krane, festival-, concert and club booker, former keyboard player in Don Juan Dracula and the man behind the “Blodfan” concept and organizer of many Depeche Mode parties in the past will be playing the first hour of the after party. Expect to hear tracks you didn’t hear at the concert, mostly the good stuff from the 80’s.
