Block printing on Fabric

Join us at Biscuit Factory in Reading, where you will learn how to create your own hand printed tea towel using traditional block printing techniques.

You’ll be provided with all the materials you need, along with step-by-step guidance and inspiration to help bring your design to life. No previous experience is needed, so whether you’re completely new to block printing or already enjoy making things, you’re very welcome!

The session will run for 2 hours, giving you plenty of time to experiment with the technique and create your own personalised tea towel. You’ll go home with your finished hand printed tea towel - a unique piece that you’ve designed and made yourself.

Things can get a little messy when you’re printing, so please wear something you don’t mind getting ink on. We will do our best to keep everything clean but it’s always better to be safe than sorry.

The workshop is designed to be a relaxed and friendly space to try something new get creative and enjoy the process.
