Join us on Friday 15 September at 7.30pm at The Annex, Hawkwell Village Hall for 90 minutes of deep heart connection through breath, meditation and sound. We will bring the magic of both Crystal and Himalayan Bowls, drumming and supporting percussion. There are many benefits when we take time to connect to our heart space. We benefit emotionally and it helps us to be more compassionate and grateful. This ultimately leads to happiness, expansion, joy and fulfilment.
