Inspired by an array of diverse modalities, such as training with The Chopra Center as an Ayurvedic and Meditation Teacher and Deepak Chopra's best-selling book, Perfect Health, the Health Retreat teaches the age-old healing art of Ayurveda to balance the mind, body, and spirit in addition to going beyond the physical.
1 massage, daily yoga, & meditation, & guided breathwork & expert-led workshops, & a guided detox are all included. A comprehensive and transformative approach to your overall health will be taught to you, and it will stick with you long after the retreat is done. Additionally, you will get post-retreat support to carry on with your health journey.
