About this Event
Blissful backs Yoga approaches each class as a complete yoga practice; A full body and mind experience with a focus on spinal health. We will begin with the physical body by moving the spine in all directions; toning the muscles, organs, and nervous system, while offering time to rest between the poses. Then, we move into Yoga Nidra, which is a guided relaxation which gives the body an opportunity to totally let go of any tension and bring awareness within. The breathing practice, called Pranayama, brings vitality to purify the body while allowing us to work deeper with the subtle energetic body. The class will close with a few minutes of meditation; a chance to experience the profound peace within.
