Bliss: Touch, Restore, Revitalize Join instructors Ali, Emily, and Kellie for a very special, intentional love event. These three intuitive instructors will guide you through meditative visualization, restorative yoga, massage, aromatherapy, hands-on adjustments, and a gentle healing sound bath. Choose to make a connection through the healing practice of self-love. This high-touch event will follow you out of the studio and into the world, blessing your body and mind with love and peace.
