About this Event
Celebrate the full moon with a Tibetan relaxation meditation, cacao ceremony, mantra, breath, energy healing & sound bath surrounded in a cave of salt!
Combining the healing properties of sound therapy with halotherapy (salt therapy), where the air is infused with microscopic salt particles, which support respiratory health & overall rejuvenation as well as purification and balance.
Includes special central channel sound healing to clear and balance chakras. Guided meditation and pranic healing with crystals to to help open the heart to bliss.
Instruments can be placed directly on the body acupressure points to increase flow + relaxation.
