As the sun begins to set, we will gather around a crackling campfire to open the evening with a sacred cacao ceremony. This ancient heart medicine will help us set powerful intentions and connect deeply with ourselves and nature.
🌞 Next, we will awaken our inner fire through a Solar Plexus Chakradance, moving with the rhythms of the earth and embracing the vibrant energy of the sun. This dance is designed to ignite confidence, empowerment, and joy within you.
🎶 As the golden hues of sunset settle over the woods, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative sound healing session. Using the pure vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments, this session will nourish your soul, balance your energy, and leave you feeling radiant and refreshed.
