'Bliss' Hot Stones Yin SoundBath

Join us for an extended 90-minute experience to unwind your mind & body. Make it a weekly ritual to connect to your heart, clear your mind, release tension, and bask in tranquility and calm.

Hot Stones Yin Yoga: nourishing your body through the seasonal changes, you're led through a thoughtful and deeply relaxing flow of poses to re-balance Qi, and alleviate tension and stiffness in the back, hips, neck, shoulders, and hamstrings, restore and re-align your posture. The added warmth of carefully placed hot stones melts away any lingering chatter, allowing you to sink deeper into your presence.

Glow SoundBath: As we settle into your final restorative pose, you will be showered with raw organic sounds, fostering a profound sense of wonder and peace. While you rest, the resonance envelops you, harmonizing the energies of your body, soothing your brain with alpha-theta brain waves, bringing deep relaxation, and promoting healing from within.

About our sound meditation facilitator, Natasha: comes from classical music education and is certified in mindfulness, yoga, and breathwork with 12 years of experience, RYT 500. She weaves her own compositions into a hypnotizing musical flow, leading you through a sound journey with instruments following one another, and transporting you into a blissful parasympathetic state.
