In 2018, Matt was named to Forbes’ “30 Under 30” and is currently a partner in multiple Inc. “Fastest Growing Companies in America.” For Matt’s full bio, click here.

Steve Springer

Steve is a CPA and manager of auditing and business consulting services at Stone, Rudolph and Henry, PLC, and will provide critical insights to tax issues that entrepreneurs will face. He was named Ambassador of the Year for Middle Tennessee in 2000 and in 2013 for the Greater Clarksville Region.

Sam Blink

Sam Blink is an attorney and managing member of Blink Law, LLC, and will discuss the legal matters all entrepreneurs should be thinking of when opening and growing their business. Sam has counseled in multiple business capital raises that raised over $2 million in investments, in corporate sales for over $7 million, and in business formations and successful mergers. For Sam’s full bio, click here.

In addition to hearing from the excellent lineup of speakers, the Summit also includes meeting, in person or virtually, with attorney Sam Blink to strategize the best plan forward for your business. Sam will help you decide the best entity type for your business and growth plans, and then form your businesses in your state. He will draft your businesses’ contractual documents such as the operating agreement or bylaws, register your entity with the IRS for your EIN, register your company with your state’s department of revenue, and obtain your local business license. If your business is already formed, he will review your business strategy with you to make any amendments necessary for continued growth and profits. You will leave the Summit with a portfolio of all business records you need to start your business, all documents you will need for ongoing obligations for your business, and a list of contacts to help assist you with protecting and growing your business.

Due to Covid-19, masks are encouraged, and registrants who fall under the CDC’s quarantine and isolation recommendations are advised to use the summit’s virtual options to access the event.
