The redemption process was very easy and quick. The staff at the Steinway location were very friendly and helpful. The gym itself is very clean and the members are respectful of equipment use and well as wiping down the equipment after use. I really appreciate that Blink makes disinfecting wipes readily available. I'm very happy with this purchase.
