Blind Wine Tasting Game at Cantine Panella, feat. Gluten-Free Globetrotter

is bringing Sip School to Montréal, and we’re teaming up with for an evening made for people who love good wine, smart fun, and eating without anxiety.

Sip School is our signature blind wine tasting game. It’s part tasting, part trivia, part friendly competition—designed to help you trust your palate, laugh a little, and realize you know more about wine than you think. No lectures. No pressure. Just great wine, good vibes, and a room full of curious people.

We’re hosting this edition at Cantine Panella, built around their natural wine list and their 100% gluten-free kitchen (yes, the whole thing).

For this night only, Cantine Panella is creating special, one‑off gluten‑free dishes just for Sip School—plus a couple dairy‑free options for our very excited host, Fallon. You’re welcome to order anything that catches your eye during the event: snack, make it dinner, or take something home. The food is a treat you can opt into, but the peace of mind is baked in.
