Dating apps have done enough damage. You know, like our parents.
So we’re trying something different.
We’re putting two complete strangers on a blindfolded first date in front of a live audience and hoping for the best.
What could possibly go wrong?
One person might meet their future spouse.
One person might discover a brand-new emotional trigger.
Either way, the rest of us are going to have a great time.
Created and hosted by comedian Alex Sanchez, Blind Faith is a live dating comedy experience where real people answer real questions, navigate awkward moments, survive unexpected curveballs, and try to build a connection without ever seeing each other first.
After a successful debut in Southern California, Blind Faith is coming to TK’s Comedy Club for its first Dallas show.
And because putting strangers through this alone apparently wasn’t enough, Alex will be joined by official Dallas co-host and dating creator Katy Fernandes, who will be helping guide the date, represent the Dallas dating scene, and observe the chaos professionally.
Or at least enthusiastically.
Blind Faith is part comedy show, part dating experiment, part audience game, and part:
“Why would anybody agree to this?”
You’ll laugh, you'll judge, you'll essentially be yourself.
You’ll accidentally become emotionally invested in two complete strangers for no reason.
And you’ll probably spend the ride home arguing with your friends about whether something was a red flag or “just Dallas.”
The daters can’t see each other.
The audience sees everything.
This is not therapy, even though some of you should look into it.
