Best of Books has teamed up with Social Capital OKC and Lively Beerworks to host a night of bookish brews and blind date book shopping!
Event Tickets are $30 and include 1 Blind Date Book + 1 Drink voucher from Social Capital.
“How does a Blind Date with a Book work?” BoB will be selecting popular titles and books you may have missed to surprise guests with a book based on their interests! Each book will be wrapped up and include notes on the genre, tropes, and other hints to help guests find a match they’ll love.
Social Capital in OKC across from Scissortail Park features 110 mostly-local, all-craft draft beers and delicious food with a rooftop bar for summer nights. Lively Beerworks will be taking over a few taps for the occasion!
Oklahoma authors Jeff Provine and Dennis Spielman will be at the event with the newest edition of "100 Things to Do in Oklahoma City Before You Die". Meet the authors and pick up a signed copy.
Mingle with book lovers and shop the pop up area with new arrivals, trending titles, stickers, and more!
Help us decide how many of each genre to bring! When selecting your ticket, tell us your favorite genre between Romance, Fantasy, and Mystery. Once you arrive we will have a section for each genre for you to select a blind date book from!
