St. Bede’s Episcopal Church is excited to welcome the community for a special Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, October 6, at 2:30pm.. This cherished tradition invites pet owners to bring their animals—whether furry, scaly, feathered, or other—to receive a blessing in celebration of the companionship and joy they bring to our lives.
The event is open to the entire community, and all types of pets are encouraged to attend. Participants will gather in the portal (located in the back of the church), where a brief service will be held, followed by individual blessings for each pet. For those unable to bring their pets, photos or mementos are also welcome to receive a blessing.
