Blessing of the Animals will take place on Sunday, Oct 6. You are encouraged to bring your pet or if your pet cannot attend, bring a picture of your pet. The service will begin outside on the portico steps, continue with communion in the sanctuary and conclude with coffee hour. Pets are welcome to attend all of the celebration.
We celebrate the Blessing of the Animals to honor St. Francis, who was known for his love of animals, nature, and people. The community is encouraged to participate in as much or as little of the event as they wish. All are welcome!
