Come to the Dixboro Village Green Farmer's Market on Friday, October 4, 2024 from 3-6pm and bring your pets for a blessing of the animals in honor of St. Francis, the patron saint of the environment, animals, and birds. The new pastor at Dixboro United Methodist Church, Pastor Mary Butler-Loring, will be blessing the animals. And never fear the Humane Society of Huron Valley is here if you don't have a pet and will help you be a furry friend's forever family. Come and share in the blessings of the friendly beast.
