Mission San Luis welcomes the community to celebrate a day for pets!
The day will include pet blessings performed by local clergy, exhibitions from animal aid and support organizations, historic interpretation of the archaeological site, food for purchase, and craft activities. Every blessed pet will receive a commemorative certificate. Pet portraits will be posted on Mission San Luis' Facebook page. Well-behaved leashed or crated pets of all kinds are welcome. Guests are encouraged to bring pet supply donations for a local pet rescue charity. Admission to the site will be free and the event is open to the public. E's Weenies and Copper Drip will be onsite for guests to purchase food and drinks.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to ongoing construction, parking can be accessed via a temporary entrance at 2021 Mission Rd.
