A support group for parents, step-parents, co-parents, family and friends of blended families to:Make Connections:
- Meet other parents in blended families for emotional and practical support.
- Learn coping skills
- Reduce overwhelm
- Get support with challenges you face and offer support to others
- Make friends with other parents and blended families in our community
- Know you're not alone in how you are feeling
What to Expect:
- Led by trained facilitators with lived experience
- Drop-In, Regular attendance encouraged but not required
- Free
- Confidential & Safe
- Lasts about 90 minutes
- Coffee and Tea on Donation

Building a balanced, connected, and happy blended family can be tough. When parents remarry and bring kids from previous relationships, there are unique challenges. But don’t worry! A blended family support group can help you navigate with others facing the same concerns.
