About this Event
During this workshop you will:
- Learn about Menstrual Cycle Awareness and how you can practise it in your everyday life
- Learn from a Western Medical Herbalist how plants and herbs can support menstrual symptoms and fertility
- Make & take home your own body oil!
Maybe you have recently started learning about menstrual health or feel that you have lots to learn - both are completely welcome here. It will be a safe and open space to learn and share if you wish to, without any pressure.
Light refreshments will be included.
This event is for women, non-binary and those AFAB that experience a menstrual cycle, or have irregular or paused cycles due to postpartum etc.
