Join artist Amber Merry for a playful and imaginative Blank Slate workshop on Thursday 25 June 4:30pm to 6:30pm exploring kitsch sculpture, world-building, and personal identity through mixed-media artmaking.
Drawing inspiration from whimsical objects, storytelling, and sculptural forms, participants will experiment with photography, paper collage, found materials, and mixed-media techniques to create their own unique visual worlds. Through hands-on making and creative exploration, young artists will develop characters, environments, and narratives that reflect their interests, experiences, and imagination.
This workshop encourages curiosity, self-expression, and creative risk-taking, offering a fun space to investigate how identity can be constructed, transformed, and reimagined through art.
