BLANK MANUSKRIPTThe Salzburg-based band Blank Manuskript are an internationally successful chamber of musical wonder. Their uncompromisingly bizarre rock music has gained them a reputation for their originality. The music is characterised by its sophisticated symphonic arrangements as well as extensive psychedelic improvisations which will rock your musical senses. The mystical lyrics transport you into fantasy filled musical realms . Socio-critical escapism unites with creative excellence, creating contemporary programmatic rock for both insiders and seekers, far beyond the banal inhumanity of the media-machine.

DOUG MELBOURNE & TONY PATERSON
Tony and Doug’s musical partnership began just over a quarter of a century ago, when Tony took on the vocal duties of ReGenesis, the UK’s most successful Gabriel-era Tribute Band of whom Doug was the founder.
ReGenesis finally hung up their batwings in 2023 with a farewell show at the Shepherds Bush Empire, but long before then, Tony and Doug had begun to collaborate on studio projects. Doug made some contributions to Tony’s solo albums, and they delivered a tribute to Peter Gabriel called “Excellent Words”, covering some of his best songs.
After that, it seemed inevitable the original material would appear, and so it was.
To date, Tony and Doug have released three albums: -

Dark Before Dawn (2022)
We’ve Been Expecting You (2024)
All three albums exhibit the influences of Prog Rock, West Coast Rock, Jazz, Electronica and a bunch of other stuff.
They have been very well received With three albums of material to choose from Doug and Tony are looking forward to presenting some of their favourites live for the first time!
