Join a skilled blacksmith as he fires up the forge and demonstrates the art and science behind this ancient trade.About this Event
The blacksmith shop is located in the industrial area of the Koreshan Historic Settlement. No registration is required. Visitors can stop in to view the demonstration for just a few minutes or can stay the entire time. Projects will vary with each demonstration. Some projects this season will include knifemaking, cooking utensils, a fire poker and construction of a wrought iron gate. This is a free program but park entry fee is required.
