Join Blackout Weekend and co-host Sparkle Queen at Phorage for a Saturday afternoon pre-event mixer. After the mixer, there will be a party celebrating Sparkle Queen's birthday. Come for the mixer, stay for the party.

Phorage has happy hour from 3 PM to 6 PM, with a late-night happy hour from 9 PM to closing. The happy hour menu features specials on drinks like $10 cocktails, $5 beer, and $7 wine, along with discounted appetizers such as $2 oysters.
