Blacklight Buti + Sound Healing

In Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, Winter is a time of yin. It is the time to focus less on outward energy; taking more time to rest and listen inward to what your body is needing. Creating and strengthening this relationship with your body season-by-season is essential for spiritual, personal, and physical growth. By creating space to be still and quiet, you afford yourself the ability to listen to the whispers of your body before they become screams.

Join Rachel and Jessica of Soul Revival Retreats, on November 27th from 6:30-9:00pm at Morpheus Theatre to move your qi, clear your chakras, and relax into an introspective state of being.

We will begin the evening by painting designs onto our bodies with glow in the dark paint to shine in the blacklight (paint is provided). Then we will harness your inner warrior with Buti yoga; a dynamic practice that combines vinyasa yoga, cardio dance, core work, and vibrational shaking to energize the body, mind, and spirit. We will then move into a DEEP class. DEEP is a masterful and intentional practice that draws you into yourself through restorative based yoga poses and deep core activation. DEEP draws you deeply into yourself and allows you to recognize those aspects the self we need to step away from to create space for newness in our lives. Once resting in shavasana 2 acupuncture needles will be inserted to circulate the qi within the body nourishing all the meridians, organs, and 5 elements. During this relaxation period, your body will be bathed in sound with healing crystal bowls, to clear and align each chakra.

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, warm clothing/blanket (to be comfortable and cozy while in shavasana) and wear white/neon to shine brightly in the blacklight.

The yoga classes are available and accessible to all level of yogi, from beginner to seasoned.
