We are unapologetically going to showcase our programme working with fantastic BLACK artists unfiltered and uncensored.
We have beautiful events lined up this year!UP TO🔥 16 BIG EVENTS 🔥 A WHOLE VISUAL ARTS EXHIBITION AND PROGRAMME!🎉
Our award-winning festival programme spans iconic venues community spaces across Liverpool that will showcase music, spoken word and poetry, new works theatre and BlackFest Fashion Fest finale in collaboration with AfroFashionUK!
We are bringing Malik Al Nasir with his second book as a must event to attend, ' Searching for my slave roots.' Literature segment + Tayo Aluko with Coleridge Taylor Day and Freetown.
Don't miss this incredible opportunity to connect with and show solidarity+support to Black artists with a theme of masculinity and masculine energy and celebrating performers and the beauty of Black culture and identity.
We are continuing to celebrate, cultivate and nurture black artists and communities this year through the claiming of spaces for art, trade and culture.
