Here's your chance to be a winemaker for a day! As you enter the classroom, you will be greeted with a taste of Blackbird Vineyards Arriviste Rosé. Then the real fun begins! Bill Schlissel from Blackbird Vineyards in Napa Valley will guide you through a wine blending seminar. He will discuss the art of blending, and you will use single varietal Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon to create your own red blend. Oh, and there are prizes for the best blend! This is educational, interactive, and fun! Following the blending seminar, Bill will walk us through a tasting of the four Blackbird Vineyards Red Blends:

If you haven't been to one of our events at the Carolina Exotic Car Club, you are in for an absolute treat. We're thrilled to be partnering with this unique venue! This seminar will be in the classroom in the lower building, and please enter through the main door.
