About this Event

Blackberry Educator Empowerment Hour

What if the boldest version of you is the one you were before the world taught you to play small?

Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to trade curiosity for certainty, imagination for practicality, and boldness for permission.

But what if we gave ourselves permission to dream again?

This November, Blackberry Educator Empowerment Hour invites educators, leaders, advocates, and community changemakers to reconnect with the curiosity, courage, creativity, and unapologetic possibility we once carried so freely.

Our theme, Childlike Audacity, challenges us to remember who we were before limitations became expectations. And to consider what becomes possible when we lead, teach, and live with that same fearless imagination.

Through meaningful conversation, intentional reflection, and community connection, we'll explore how reclaiming our sense of wonder can transform the way we approach leadership, education, wellness, and our own personal growth.

What to Expect

• In-Person Connection & Community: Meet educators, leaders, and changemakers who believe in growing together.
• Wellness & Reflection: A grounding experience designed to reconnect you with your imagination and sense of possibility.
• Featured Panel Conversation: An honest dialogue exploring courage, creativity, risk-taking, and the audacity to imagine something different.
• Interactive Experience: A playful opportunity to revisit the dreams, ideas, and possibilities we may have left behind.
• Community Resources & Networking: Discover opportunities to connect, collaborate, and continue growing within the Blackberry Ecosystem.
