It’s hard to practice consistent and holistic wellness when we’re busy, but it’s possible. I know what we’re up against. I burned myself out once, and I will never do that again. Preservation. This brief retreat is about curating a safe space for Black women to practice sustainable personal and community wellness. It will be a mixture of educating & varied experiences.

I went through a really challenging time last year, but this time, I showed up differently than I ever had before. I realized the tricks, tools, and new skills and relationships I cultivated were helpful in getting through a tough season healthily. My wellness practices didn’t just lead me to a numbing escape, they filled the deepest parts of my soul and allowed me to reflect and make progress in meaningful ways. I want that for you, and if you have that, I want you to share it with a dope group of Black women.

You don’t have to be the outdoorsy type to enjoy this journey. Enjoy the ride, have some new experiences, make some new friends. This is your SoulFull & brief retreat.
