BLACK WOMEN WORKOUT (Metro ATL STRETCH CLASS)

Connect with like-minded individuals in Atlanta who are passionate about the physical, spiritual, and the mental health of Black Women.

We will be stretching and doing cardio as we build capacity and focus on the health of our hips, waistline, thighs, & mindsets!

Join us for stretch and step class at 6:30pm-7:30pm, please plan to arrive by 6pm at:

• Rhythma Studios Atlanta off Whitehall St!

Come after work & wear your shades of melanin (brown/black) sweat pants or leggings. *color attire not required*

Beginners welcomed to attend, all Black Women cultures invited to participate.

Networking and refreshments provided after class.
