Black Women coming together in community, using various activities and mediums to create and curate a more conscious way of existing the world. Redefining what it means to REST, utilising different wellbeing tools to facilitate a healthy mind, body and spirit.

Black Women's identities are constantly being threatened, overlooked, or seen as a threat to society. This often leads to a sense of disconnection from themselves, their friends, families, men in their cultures, and even their sisters.

But what if there was a way to facilitate a state of flow and softness in your brain and body indirectly and subconsciously through play using different art forms? The aim is to get your mind and body to remember what it was like to play, have fun, make new friends, and not be judged for any of it.

This is Black Women Radically Resting.

Event concepts can include:

• Community `Self-care
• Guided Art Creation
• Sound Healing
• Outings and Mindful Walks
• etc.
