Welcome to BWGF 2026! Through the BWGF experience, it is our hope that you leave more informed and inspired to continue your health & wellness journey!
8:00 a.m. - Doors Open/Check-in/Welcome
8:30 a.m. - An Inspirational Moment w/DeAngela Burns-Wallace
8:50 a.m. - Morning Hype and Workshop Leader Introductions
9:00 -Workshops begin - Each workshop is about 40 min in length. Workshops are designed to be Demonstration/General Information sessions. These sessions should provide you with new knowledge, skills, and experiences to live a healthier life!
Think pub crawl - You will move to a different experience at the top of each hour. Only have time for one workshop, that is fine with us. Sign up for one, two or all three based on your schedule.

Gospel Xtreme Hip Hop Step - The ultimate goal of Gospel Xtreme Hip-Hop is to breathe life back into fitness and make it fun for all ages, cultures, genders, and fitness levels. Spin Cycle - This class is all about moving your body, building confidence, and having fun-no experience needed. We'll take it at a comfortable pace with clear coaching, easy to follow cues and plenty of options, so everyone feels successful. Expect feel good music, supportive energy, and a space created just for Black women to sweat, laugh, and celebrate getting stronger together. Chair Yoga - a gentle accessible exercise done while seated in a chair or using it for support, making it ideal for all age and abilities. It adapts traditional poses to increase flexibility, strength and circulation while reducing stress and pain, all without needing to get on the floor. Body Confidence Blueprint: Mastering Self-Love and Body Confidence - This session provides a practical blueprint to move beyond the "rules" or "beliefs" about your body that didn't start with you - beliefs that may have been passed down through observation, comment or cultural conditioning, Ex: using make-up to tone down your big nose, cover up your big butt, thick legs/thighs. This session will provide you with tools and resources to help rewire your mindset and reclaim your authority over your self-image.
